Services offered: 1. Initial set up of Lender package AT TIME OF LISTING. This 50+ page package (which is a combination of Seller, Lender and Agent required paperwork) is typically presented at time of an offer, which is why a response to an offer for a Short Sale situation is 30 – 90 days.

Here, we set up the account ahead of time, and with working our bank Liaison, can usually generate a MUCH quicker response from the Lender, whether it is an acceptance or counter offer. 2. Initial Lender package set up with the advantage of our bank Liaison to not only confirm receipt of the package, but follow up with the respective Lender(s) and forge a relationship with one specific representative handling the Short Sale approval. 3. This one is from start to finish! The initial package set up with all the appropriate paperwork, to submitting the offer until an agreement is met.
